• WE ONLY DELIVER TO UK ADDRESSES
• Free 2 Working Day (Standard) Delivery on all orders over £50*
• Next day (Express) delivery available for just £1*extra.
• For orders under £50.00* 48hr delivery cost just £4.95* Next day (Express) delivery £5.95*

*Does not include Saturday/Sunday delivery and the day after Bank Holidays. Please note we are relying on DPD to deliver to schedule. You will be sent a tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for any delays.

*These services exclude big/bulky items - items that need to be delivered by pallet or have a separate delivery charge.

PALLET ITEMS - Delivery charge to MOST UK mainland addresses. (excluding Scottish Highlands & outlying areas)  For Scottish Highlands & outlying areas delivery will cost more.  All pallet services require a signature, pallets are delivered to kerbside/driveway ONLY dependant on access and  location, the driver is not insured to take items into the premises. 

• On receipt we will confirm your order and ship ASAP, Usually within 1 working day. 
• If you order before 3pm we usually ship same day from our Birmingham Warehouse (For orders from our Poets' Interior Shop if you order before 1pm we usually ship same day).
• We are Closed Weekends & Bank Holidays but sometimes are available for email enquiries (Birmingham Office & Fulfilment Warehouse). 
• We use DPD Next Day*.

• If any items are unavailable we will contact you with a delivery date.

• If this is not acceptable we will give you a full refund. 

• If your order is more than one item they may be delivered separately. 

• You must notify the carrier of any obvious signs of damage on the delivery note and ourselves in writing within 3 days of receipt. 

Next day is not available to the areas below.

Scottish Highlands/Islands Outlying Areas And Northern Ireland Deliveries

A postal surcharge from £7.95 applies to all regions below, this is in addition to the p&p advertised. This excludes certain large items and items that need to be delivered by pallet. Please check your area postcode. Deliveries to outlying areas may take a little longer. We know the rates to these areas are excessive on the small items but our contract is with DPD who apply this surcharge.
