Our Delivery Costs/Services Vary Due To Size Of The Item Ordered/Location

Parcel: Same day shipment if ordered before 3pm - All orders over £50 delivered Free. Order any other of our items & have delivered free to the same address. We use Parcel Force 2 working day, tracked & insured for all deliveries. Delivery Charge if item under £50 is £4.95. These rates are for UK Mainland only - Out lying areas may take a little longer. Deliveries to offshore Islands, Northern / Southern Ireland will be £7.95 extra. We do not offer shipping to any other countries. |

Pallet: Delivered by a large lorry with a tail lift. The driver will deliver to the kerbside & maybe to the door if your access allows. You will need to be able to unpack / move items yourself & dispose of pallet & packaging. Do not get rid of packaging until you are satisfied you wish to keep the item(s). It is your responsibility to make sure the items will fit into your house go upstairs / through doors etc. Out lying areas & the Highlands may incur additional costs. Postage discount available – we use pallets that can carry goods up to 4ftx4ftx6ft so as long as we can get it on one pallet you can have as many other items delivered free. 2/3 day service to most areas - Our deliveries are UK Mainland only. |

Furniture Items: Delivery time is dependant on which carriers we use & their delivery schedule. Most areas are within 14 days, some out lying areas may take up to a month if you have missed the last run. Carriage cost is per item but in many cases we can offer delivery discount. Our deliveries are to UK mainland only. |
SAVE THE DELIVERY CHARGE: Collection for all orders over £100 is available by appointment during office hours from our fulfilment warehouse in central Birmingham. (we do not have a showroom facility)
